Susan did an exceptional job bringing my floral vision to life for my wedding! From the very beginning, she took the time to listen to my ideas and asked thoughtful questions that helped transform my inspiration into something even more beautiful than I imagined. Throughout the planning process, Susan was incredibly communicative, professional, and genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve ever worked with. On the wedding day, she went above and beyond—not only were the flowers absolutely stunning, but she also helped pin the boutonnieres onto the groomsmen’s jackets, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. I’m so grateful for her talent, attention to detail, and support throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Susan to any couple looking for a florist who truly cares about making their vision come to life!

Sue is fantastic. She is kind, creative, and never fails to deliver beautiful arrangements. She truly cares about her customers. We have three daughters, lots of flower orders, and she always takes care of us like we are her own family. We truly appreciate her time, kindness and generosity.

I placed my order through their website. Got a confirmation email from them, as shown in the pictures. It clearly states to call the phone number to confirm pick up. I called the number provided, which does not go through. Got a call back from a DIFFERENT number, with a rude woman on the other end. Stated that if I got the email, they got the order. When I mentioned the email says to call, suddenly its an outside source and it needs changed. THEN my brother goes to pick up the flowers, and got attitude over not picking a pick up time? There is only an option for PICK UP DATE. If you do not know how your OWN WEBSITE WORKS, do not have one! Very disappointed with the customer service. I wanted to give my money to someone local but could have gone to Hyvee with less attitude!!!

I've ordered birthday flowers a few times for family around the area, and every delivery has been beautiful! The delivery today completely made my grandma's day. She called to tell me how sweet Susan was during delivery, and I very much appreciated that as well as the friendly updates via text. 100% will be continuing to shop here!

Sue at West End Gardens in West Davenport did an amazing job on my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding. She was so good to work with and knew exactly what my daughter-in-law wanted. When she brought the flowers to the venue everyone commented on how gorgeous they were. I can’t say enough about how talented this lady is and how reasonable her prices were. I highly recommend going to her if you are looking for a florist!!
